To initiate the ordering process, please complete our coin submission form. The form outlines all your personal details on where to send your artwork and the options you would like to see on your military coins. Once we receive this information, our staff begins the design process of your coins and will send you an email showing you your military challenge coin design and cost estimate. Should you require additional details or costs, a reply to that email back to us will resubmit your request to our artists and the changes you require will be completed and sent over to you once completed.
After your coin design has been completed, you can place your order thru the “ORDER” link in your email, or by calling us with your shipping and payment information. Your coins will arrive to domestic addresses in about 2 weeks. For overseas addresses please add 4-7 days more for delivery.

SUGGESTIONS:
A) In almost all cases, it is best to send as large a reference image possible. This is most important when 3D is requested. The higher resolution your image, the better your mold will turn out. If vector, EPS, or PDF artwork is available, it can not be uploaded through our online form – please email it directly. These types of files will significantly decrease the amount of time it takes us to email your proof and quote to you.
B) Coins with several colors, or color fills in very tight spaces do require additional production time when compared to a simple coin, or one with no color at all. Other processes and options that will require more time are; offset printed, specialty edges, numbering, 3D, and dual plating. Please plan your delivery deadline accordingly.
C) Standard production timelines are seven to ten business days, followed by a two-day shipping process through UPS. In some cases, your order can be shipped to a location where you will require your coins for an event or ceremony. It is best to have your challenge coins shipped to the end destination rather than “rushing” them to take with you en route to your final location. Remember, you can’t rush a quality product.
